We want you to have a great time, so come on out dressed to climb.
Long hair MUST be tied back so as not to get caught on any equipment. That goes for guys, too. Ask a staff person for a hair band if you require one.
You can stub your toe in open-toed shoes. They’re a no-no. Sturdy closed-toed sport sandals/shoes/boots are required and should be worn securely. You don’t want to lose a shoe when you’re 50 feet up.
NO jewelry. Necklaces/bracelets can get caught in equipment. If you love them, leave them at home.
Avoid loose clothing. Fitted apparel, worn tight to the body is best to climb.
Note: Guests not wearing the appropriate clothing may be refused access to activities to ensure that safety guidelines are met.
We’ll be happy to give you a full refund for reservations canceled 48 or more hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
There are no refunds for reservations canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
If a guest cannot complete the demo course to the satisfaction of the guides, a full refund will be issued.
A partial refund may be payable if a guest completes the demo course but chooses not to proceed to the first course.
We climb rain or shine. Limited number of climbers in each departure. Reservations are recommended. Departures start at 8:30 am. Hours are seasonal so please check the time blocks when you make your reservation.
