COVID-19 operations at Orlando Tree Trek: What you can expect

At Orlando Tree Trek, safety has always been our top priority. It’s our goal to allow guests to explore the natural Florida in a secure and unique way when they visit our open-air location.

We have been closely monitoring national, state and local efforts and restrictions regarding COVID-19. 

While we are welcoming climbers, we are implementing the following changes to ensure safety for all:

• – Face coverings are required in the welcome center and during the demonstration course
• – Departures are staggered
• – Online or call-in reservations are strongly recommended
• – Online booking is mandatory for weekend climbs
• – Physical distancing of at least six feet is recommended in all areas
• – Gloves are provided to all climbers free of charge
• – Climbers are asked to wash their hands before receiving equipment
• – We are continuing with increased sanitation efforts throughout our facilities, including increased wipe-downs of all high-touch surfaces

We are doing all we can to ensure climbers can enjoy some outdoor physical activity in the Florida sunshine safely, and we believe these efforts will continue to make the park a healthy environment for all.
