How to prepare for ziplining in Florida

Are you ready to take your next family vacation to new heights that will leave you with unforgettable memories? Ziplining in Florida is a must-do activity for thrill seekers of all ages. Orlando Tree Trek offers an adrenaline pumping adventure through the treetops on progressively challenging aerial obstacle courses for the ultimate thill!

But before you take flight, you may have a few questions about your tree to tree adventure. While our FAQ page offers convenient answers, here’s everything you need to know as you prepare for an exhilarating day at our adventure park ziplines.

Gear Up Right: Dressing for Ziplining in Florida

The tree-to-tree adventure occurs entirely outside during your time at Orlando Tree Trek, so we recommend that you wear clothing you don’t mind getting dirty. To ensure your safety during your adventure, you must wear closed-toe shoes (no slip-ons) and no loose or baggy clothing. Make sure long hair is securely tied and we advise against wearing jewelry, particularly necklaces or loose bracelets which could potentially get caught in equipment and pose a safety risk.

Safety First: Your Guide to a Secure Adventure

Before you start ziplining in Florida, you’ll kick things off with a mandatory demonstration session. This helps ease you into the excitement at your own pace. Whether you’re new to climbing or a seasoned pro, the demonstration offers easy-to-follow training on staying safe and using the equipment. Our friendly guides are here to make sure your harness fits perfectly and are always on hand to give you tips and lend a helping hand throughout your journey. At Orlando Tree Trek, safety is our top priority. That’s why we use top-notch gear, like the CLiC-iT system, to give you peace of mind while you have fun.
