Unique workouts in Orlando
The new year is here, and you know what that means – it’s time to make some resolutions! One of the most common New Year’s resolutions is to work out and get in shape. But with so many adventures in Florida, working out doesn’t have to be boring!
In the spirit of resolutions, we’ve put together a list of fun activities that’ll make you sweat and have fun too.
1) Goat yoga
Forget your average yoga class and try goat yoga instead! This was a hot trend for the last couple of years, and it’s not hard to see why. Not only will you be able to work on your flexibility, but the baby goats make great motivators while you stretch. Several Central Florida farms offer this experience, so be sure to check it out.
2) Dance classes
When was the last time you turned up the tunes and danced like no one was watching? There are tons of dance classes available all over Orlando. You could take a ballroom dancing class with your significant other or relive the ’80s and sign up for Jazzercise with your pals. The options are endless!
3) Trampoline park
Release your inner child and let jumping around be your new cardio routine! There are many trampoline parks throughout the Greater Orlando area. You might not even realize you’re working out, and you can get your kids to join you!
4) Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park
Tree to tree adventures is a great workout to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. If you’re looking for a fun exercise the whole family will love, take a treetop trek at Orlando Tree Trek!
